What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment fails, your HUB membership will not be canceled straight away.

You'll receive an email letting you know the payment failed. We'll automatically retry the payment over the next few days, so check that your payment method has sufficient funds and hasn't expired or been canceled. The email will also include a direct link to update your payment details.

You can manage your billing at any time from the Billing & Subscription section of your account.
