Our mobile apps: FAQs

Everything you need to know about the HUB and OmniAI apps on the App Store and Google Play, how to find the right app, and how to manage app purchases.

Does ClickTech have mobile apps?

Yes. We have two apps, available on the App Store and Google Play:

Install them from the links above so you get the right app every time.

How do I know an app is one of ours?

Check the developer name on the store listing:

  • App Store: the developer is ClickTech and the seller is Clicktech Solutions Limited
  • Google Play: the developer is ClickTech Solutions Ltd

Many apps have similar names, such as "Omni AI", "OmniAI Chat Assistant" or "Hub". If the developer isn't ClickTech, the app isn't ours, and we can't access its account, subscription or billing.

How do I log in to the app?

Use the same email and password as your HUB or OmniAI web account. Your membership, credits and content carry across automatically.

I've been charged by an app that isn't ClickTech. What should I do?

Charges from other developers' apps are handled by that developer and the app store. To cancel or ask for a refund:

  • Apple App Store: open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions to cancel. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Google Play: open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions to cancel. To ask for a refund, use Google Play's refund request page or contact the app's developer.

I bought something inside one of the ClickTech apps. How do I manage it?

Purchases made inside our apps are billed by Apple or Google, so you manage them in your App Store or Google Play account. You can cancel there anytime, and Apple or Google handle all refund requests.

I subscribed on the website. Where do I manage my subscription?

Go to My Account, where you can update your details or cancel anytime. If you need a hand:

How do I tell which company charged me?

Check your bank or card statement:

  • Payments made on our websites show as ClickTech Limited.
  • Payments made through an app store show as Apple or Google Play. The receipt email from Apple or Google names the app and its developer.

If you're unsure whether a charge is ours, send the date and amount to the support team for your product, and we'll check it for you.
