I didn’t receive the PDF guide I purchased, what should I do?

 

PDF guides are available for purchase during the sign-up process and are emailed to users after purchase.

If you haven’t received your guide;

  • Check your email, including your spam / junk folder
  • Review your sign up details - was your email address correct?
