Failed payment help

 

Don't worry, if a regular payment fails you won't immediately lose access to your ClickTech HUB membership.

You will get an email notification should a monthly payment fail and we will try to take payment again over the next few days; please make sure your payment method has sufficient funds and is not expired or cancelled.

You can manage your subscription from the Billing and Subscription section  of your ClickTech HUB account. To access, click on your name on the main navigation menu and select "Billing & Subscription".
