I've cancelled my subscription, why are you still attempting to collect payment?
Our users have full access to manage, amend, and cancel their own subscription from the billing page when logged into their ClickTech Hub account
Canceling your trial or subscription means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of the then-current period
This means that payment collection on unpaid invoices will not be stopped when your ClickTech Hub subscription is cancelled. Users will not be charged for new, future subscription payments but outstanding amounts owed may be collected for dates before the cancellation
