Why can't I create a ClickTech Hub account using my email address?

 

When creating a ClickTech Hub account creation, your email address is verified

If you see the pop-up below, we will not be able to create a ClickTech Hub account associated with that email address.;

 

There are a few reasons why an email address may be blocked, these include but are not limited to;

  • The email address is blocked globally
  • The email address/domain in the system for previous issues
  • The email address was blocked by the list owner from subscribing to that list
  • The email address is a role-based email address (eg admin@ or orders@)


We advise you to create your Hub account using an alternative address
